I submitted my I130 and I485 on May 2022 with all evidence. on March2023 I received a courtesy letter from my field office to submit my medical and I did two weeks later, then my case didn’t move forward at all. I write to my state senator on Jan 5 to expedite my case for outside normal processing time. Today my I30 is approved and hope the I485 will approve soon. I will advise to you to write your representative or state senator to intervene your case. I wish all the best to you.

Never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
