Approved VaWA -Upcoming Court Hearing
So, like I mentioned before I got my vawa approved month ago sometime last year, and my lawyer had to file a motion to recalender. So long story short, I do have a court hearing scheduled very soon for my previous case before I filed for my vawa. Any advice on what I should prepare for I know I do have a lawyer who is going to help me who is already in the process of helping me anyways . Should I ask for the judge to terminate the case or The judge proceed with my green card application.

@ny usa oh my. I have to get medical exam because the last one I did was sent to USCiS which can’t be used for the individual hearing . thank you

here’s my update . my court hearing was moved to 2 months from now . on the day of the hearing , the judge had a case he started before mine and the case didn’t end until 4:30 pm . my hearing was scheduled 2:30pm . so he mentioned how he was sincerely sorry and he has to move the case . I was prepared and good thing he received the medicals . so I’ll update you immigration family in 2 months

@Sunny Side hey - sorry for the late reply . I didnt pay filling fees . my lawyer requested not to because I had already paid USCIS
