what was your rfe ?

Well I sent my rfe on Dec 16 and they havent updated my case that they have received it. i called they said they did received it but no update.

I didn’t receive it yet

that is y I am confused

I wish I was getting an active review I would be more calm and less worried

what kind of rfe they sending, what they need of u guys?

have you responded to the RFE? they are actively reviewing it just means they working on it. Respond to the RFE as soon as you can the earlier the better.

@Steph Gav we’re in the same boat, my husband sent the rfe like 20 days ago and they didn’t updated.

@Raquel Abreu I emailed them directly and they told me that they have NOT received my REF. Then I chatted with a live agent the same thing and told me to wait at least 60days to see status change online. But wouldnt that show latw on there end🤔. When I called they told me that nothing is missing and We should get back to them on SEP 26 Im so confused and mad because if they have the evidence why not update it online. They did stamp date and time online but have not changed status to rfe received. I did the same thing for my mother in law and her status changed literally in 12 days and she is a resident already after 46days after received the evidence. But its more than that time. so we just have to wait. till they decide to update the case online.

@Steph Gav I have same problem with my case too I get RFE for proof of bona fide marriage and send them all proof more than 700 pages by FedEx and they received on 18 December but already 5 week gone and they never updated on their system and I have proof they signed and tracking number also , and I call them and they tell me wait for 60 days if they never update then call again and my lawyer says just wait till due date so no choice now ,

@Singh USA 🇺🇸 Yes we have to wait. My deadline is on March So hopefully by then the case is approved. I have a thing that if that will happen it happens. Best of luck in your journey because we have to wait now. hope for the best and have a speedy approval.

@Steph Gav yes best of luck to you , when I talk with agent on call she told me because they they have a lot mail coming and mail room is full so just wait Should be updates soon, but I don’t know when we’ll see ?

@Raquel Abreu thank God there was an update. 🙏Thank you for your update. ived been looking over cases to see updates. my case starts with IOE09232- I'm aware they are working around these numbers and Oct 5 2023 & Nov 5 2023. So im not 100% guiding myself with these numbers but that is how I did with mother in law and her case was approved within days. someone said that the case was in review and gave his first numbers and sure enough we were there in days approved. Hope it happens this time around. 🤞
