Hello all,
I applied for my Wife on Feb 3rd 2022 form I-130. That got approved on March 3rd 2023 and On March 10th 2023 I submitted form I-824, ever since then I have not received any update at all...Its been same status since March 10th 2023.
I have called USCIS Customer service and explained my situation, the gentlemen understood my problem and realized yes it is taking long, then he submitted a service request for a Tier 2 Agent to call back. That was on Jan 5th 2024, i was told I have to wait 30 days for a call back. 30 days will be around Feb 16th 2024.
I also called USCIS On Thursday Jan 25th and Spoke to a Supervisor, she said wait for the Tier 2 callback, if you dont get callback/dont get help please give a call and connect to a Supervisor.
Now im praying hopefully something will happen and things will progress. #i824

I am waiting since February 13/2023 I am a US citizen applied for spouse can you please give me the info how to talk to supervisor? Thank you

@Parvez Alam i have done the same thing, they called me after multiple attempt but unfortunately it did not work. they literally dont care. 😔17 months has passed i have tried all the possible ways to make it work, nothing. no hope left.

They are playing games with you. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

Quick Update on my I-824.
I check status of I-824 every single day and today I saw a different Status in USCIS profile.
It says "
Correspondence Was Received And USCIS Is Reviewing It
On February 29, 2024, we received your correspondence for Form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition, Receipt Number ................ We are reviewing your correspondence, and will send you a notice if we need something from you."

Just wanted to let you guys know, my case I-824 has been approved today. Yesterday USCIS sent case to Department of State and Today it was approved. Im thankful to God. Good Luck to everyone and hope you get your loved ones soon with you <3 My USCIS Journey ends here.
