Service Request
At the USCIS website, I can’t select the National Benefits Center from the list of processing times for my I485. The website says if I can’t find my form I’m allowed to submit a service request after 6 months. I can find my form but not the NBC. Does that mean I’m allowed to file a service request after 6 months of form submission (PD Oct 2022, I485 files Mar 2023 after I140 approval, CRP since Sep 2023, current since Jan 2024)?

NBC isnt that saint luis MO office?
I selected and system didnt allow me to enter SR as processing time is 42 months or something

6months is not treated outside normal processing , for NBC I read it’s 12.5months

To file a service request you still have to select you Field Office, even if your case is being processed at NBC. Good luck!

@Mr Doe Inquire first from Emma where your applications is, before filing a service request. The system being so massive requires navigation through sufficient information.
