congressional inquiry response. any insight? I’ve gotten the same response twice now.
Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records confirm that your constituent’s case is pending at this time. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a timely and efficient manner while also ensuring public safety, national security and compliance with all relevant directives. While the processing steps for most applications or petitions are completed quickly, a small percentage of cases involve unresolved issues that may result in adjudication delays. For example, if our review reveals an issue that may impact an individual’s eligibility for the requested immigration benefit, further inquiry is needed. The inquiry may include an additional interview and/or contact with another agency for updates or more comprehensive information.
We are unable to determine at this time when the review process for the application will be completed. USCIS will issue a decision on your constituent's case once certain issues are resolved. We are striving to resolve these issues as soon as possible.

renewal I 131
I have an AP which expires in March 2024. I have filed for AP renewal in January 2024. Any idea if AP renewal is quicker than First time AP or is it just treated as a new application and can take many many months. I waited 8 months for it last time. Texas centre dealing with AP renewal.
Unsolicited Evidence
Is it okay to submit unsolicited evidences does it help to process my case fast or just wait for the rfe? We didn't get to submit our pictures together for the additional proof of marriage cause i thought that's for the interview then after we submit our form i learned that you must include the pictures in the additional proof of marriage. so what should we do?
It requires plenty of Patience and Faith
sharing this timeline, after more than 1 year and half. I just got my EAD, not even combo card.
Way back 2021 started my 1st application with a paralegal, while i485 USCIS asked for RFE I gathered it sent it to Paralegal Asap, in short he did not sent it on time. i got rejected on my birthday June last 2022.
i had to start all over again July this time with a real Lawyer. after sending new application after 3weeks got my receipts after that nothing else followed.
I had my ups and downs, my husband was a big factor of how I handle the stress and worries why is that my case is not moving at all.
so my lawyer started inquiry 4times, last time was last week November 2023 fast forward January 10, i485 actively reviewing, January 12 i765 standalone approval 🙏🏼
I cried, a release of emotions, a relief. finally!
January 13 SSN came in the mail while still waiting for EAD to come.
Everyone, all cases and luck at this point in my pov are different. some like me have been waiting feels like forever, many have applied and 3months have their GC. We just have to keep going, keep the faith alive. We got this, don't stress out on the things you can't control. I know it is worth the wait.
Claiming it! I will be a resident this year! 🙏🏼 🇺🇸🇵🇭
does anyone has a timeline like me? leave a comment we have to comfort one another.
does anyone knows i485 and i130 timeline after you get EAD? please comment would appreciate it so much. 🙏🏼

I-360 update
hey Vawa family,
it’s been over a year now since USCIS approved my self petition and took back the decision to reconsider. I am wanting to go back to school to Pursue my JD and take the bar but I need my permanent residence to get financial aid or even take student loans. I am wanting to take the law school admin test in June but I am afraid I won’t get my green card by then. I am feeling so anxious and worried. any advice for me?
