NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED I-765
ON 24 THEY APPROVED MY BROTHERS I-765 and YESTERDAY THEY APPROVED HIS GREEN CARD, we processing ours together since all the papers they sent to us and we filed together, so my I-765 was approved yesterday as well, I received the notification around 9pm. IM CHECKING my I-485 and is still stuck on fingerprints, we sent the MEDICAL RFE TOGETHER in the same package, it’s weird because my brothers I-765 only says CASE WAS APPROVED, and HIS I485 THE ONLY SAYING CARD IS BEING PRODUCED and mine says CARD IS BEING PRODUCED I-765 TOGETHER
SO WHAT I EXPECTING? only getting I-765 or maybe wait couple days until they update my I485

Today marks a year since we filed. Our 2 years wedding anniversary is in 2 months. I’m eager for our approval but at this point I pray it gets approved after April 1st. Skipping I751, until N-400🤞🤞

I751 finally approved
Finally I received “New card being produced” message yesterday. I was checking the status like crazy every 10 mins and yesterday I decided to give my phone to my husband to stop checking case status and getting stressed out and he received the text :-) from USCIS and lawfully notification. Service center is Vermont center and my case was received on Dec 13 2021. I did not apply N400 yet.

Thanks to the community, these months of stress ended for me. My anxiety was horrible for many months. After 10 years in this country. after 2 years of this process, thanks to the empathy of many cases and the stress of reading approvals in 3 months. I can now just wait for the postal service to deliver it. 10 years without leaving the USA. Thanks to my wife for putting up with me with this stress. and for those who ask eb2-niw. PD 10-28-2022. SRC BLOCK. DON'T LOSE HOPE. I sent the RFE 3 times since they never received it. weekly calls to USCIS, chat with Emma etc. everything has its end . My advice is to work twice as hard so you don't have time to think about this waiting process. SAUNA, gym and a lot of work to be prepared for this moment
