travel document 8 months past due
Hi everyone. My travel document is overdue by 8 months. Can anyone advise me on the next step to taking action. Also I could use help with the process of writing to my congressman please? I have been reaching out to my lawyer for months about this but she hasn't made any steps to help me with this or anything else outside of filing the paperwork. Any guidance would be appreciated thank you!

Brethren, I reached out to the USCIS last week about my case since it has taken longer than expected. Early this week my SR was assigned to an officer for response but it has been some days without any response. My PD is August 31,2022. Though my country is current, I’m surprised today when I called the live agent told me that my category retrogressed so they cannot approve it because they do not have a visa yet. But people with their PDs in October 2022 are being approved😀. I could not understand her explanation at all. Any idea or experience of what she said? Thanks

It's a long wait but finally the wait is over! God is good! I have lived here in the US without Green Card over nine years one marriage based case
dinenal(lawyers fault ) 9 years of pending asylum(still pending) and filed new marriage based with new lawyer it took me over 959 days but finally done! please be patient your time is coming too!
