@Bill : ) In 2023, I traveled with Advan parole three times, I did not have any problems 🙌 now I have sent it for renewal and I hope I will have it in time🙏.

i asked a lawyer about it and he said its fine to travel with AP no problem.

My wife is my derivative and she went and came back with no problem. They asked 2 questions: Where do you live and if she works in the USA. I never used my parole and I would like to go to my Country but I am afraid right now cause my PD is current and they changed my process to NBC.

@Bill : ) only the second time they asked where I live and work, both times I showed the AP and i-485 along with my passport to the customs officer

@Bill : ) renewal?? I did not use the 1st one then it expired and I regretted so now I just submitted the application. hopefully it will be approved soon!!! when did you submit for AP renewal? 🥹

@Bill : ) thanks for info. i checked my status on USCIS account for i131 and it said estimate time until my case decision : 3 months. Did you have the same thing while you were waiting for the approval and it ended up taking less time? thanks

@Zuki yosida I didn’t check the estimated time, to be honest. I just submitted my case, and then 40 days later it was approved.

@Bill : ) Yes, I have been to my home country 🇬🇪 , as well as Turkey and several European countries, but I used my passport as usual everywhere, only on the way back I used the Advan parole paper and was stamped accordingly. You will be taken to a separate room for passport control and to verify your immigration status. All this procedure was done three times.

@Zuki yosida I sent about my renewal on 30th August, on 8th September they automatically updated the fingerprints but I have not received the approval yet. I got the previous approval after 6 months which was 1 year advance parole and expired on 15th December. That's why I think no one would have approved me until I had a deadline. The first one was in Nebraska, now it's in a Texas service center.
