Way too long. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

@muhammad khan 2 years waiting for an answer after the interview for citizenship?

I consulted the attorney he checked from uscis he said we need to wait for 2 more month and then file sue them I applied ist on marriage base they denied my case cz my wife didn’t filed taxes with me then I applied again on 5yrs base I applied on 1 march 2022, the scheduled my interview after 11 months on 6th jan 2023, my interview was on 8th feb 2023 now this time my divorce was in process I provided all the docs infact lot of stuff but the office said ur case assigned me today to i need to review the i start waiting I contacted my congressman they pushed them and they again after 10 months they send RFE of my divorce i send them my attorney’s affidavit that divorce is still in pending and atfer one month the send me letter with long list of docs which I already provided on my interview that bring those docs for additional interview on 21 dec 2023 that was almost 4 hr interview he scanned all the docs pictures every single piece of paper and then start asking me questions regarding my marriages and at the end he said ok u can we go send ur update through mail and today its 60 days no update yet i think they r waiting for my divorce when its done then they make decision but the thing is that according to the law when ur r filing on 5 years base they dont to ask anything but that officer was racist and giving me hard time with no reason i have clean record i never gt any ticket I always pay tax on time and still waiting for 2 years
