I just got my advance parole approved before my EAD. Is that normal ? My advance parole was file with Vermont center and it was then transferred to Nebraska service center which just approved it on January 9th. This process is really crazy, I have been waiting for ever, a C09 EAD taking this much time is so stressful and depressing . are they going to send my AP to Vermont first and approved the EAD or what can I expect?

please someone know if it's possible to expedite our case in NVC without be current?? I'm a LPR and would like to expedite my case in Nvc but the visa bulletin for January is November 19, 2019
can I get approved and have an interview date without be current if the case is expedited with stronger reasons??

Removal Proceeding Terminated
Hey everyone, my removal proceeding was terminated by the Immigration judge a few days ago and my I130 was approved back in 2023. Also, my I485 has been pending since 2019. What is the next and short step for me to finish this process? How do I reopen my I485 that administratively closed? Do I have to send the termination letter to the local USCIS office or should I call and ask for an info pass? I need your guys help for people who have been through these steps.
