Prima Facie
I recently received my third Prima Facie determination, which extends my eligibility for 180 days. This was based on an application I submitted in September 2021. My Employment Authorization Document (EAD) and Advance Parole (AP), often referred to as a combo card, is set to expire in one month. I have traveled internationally four times already and have not encountered any problems upon re-entry.
