probly 1~2 months in my case. Be patience. If you need to pay bills urgently, you can use your EAD to work in restaurant or grocery store to earn quick money.

Why 1~2 months ? Because they give you time to move,get driver license, buy a vehicle, search for rent, settle in and so on. They don’t know you did i-485 or either way. Not everyone is living near the sponsor’s company. That’s logical. Hang in there, buddy.
