@breezy j For a divorce waiver case..your evidence is bare minimum. Gather a lot more for your interview.

@Rocco Forté I gathered all I could , my lawyer said my affidavit is strong but they wana hear more about the story especially if my ex wife withheld most of our documents

@breezy j Ok…did you file taxes together? Health, life, dental, vision and car insurance together? 401k beneficiary? emergency contact at your job? Affidavit is weak evidence so focus more on showing your financial lives were tied together. Bank statements should be from the day you got your first greencard till the day you separated. Bills from when you lived together, gym memberships, lease agreements, home/renters insurance?

@breezy j Point i am trying to make is that if you walk into that interview with the barest minimum, they’ll rip you to shreds.

no offense but God isn’t going to pull this off. you need evidence. get your paperwork together if this is a legit marriage.

Definitely need more evidence. Have you filed taxes jointly? If so, print from IRS website. joint bank account? if so. you have the right to request statements from the bank. If you had a job and listed your spouse as beneficiary, Emergency contact etc, you should print proof of that as well as benefits enrollment. You have to be prepared and provide more than an affidavit of support. Good luck!

@Rocco Forté yea it wasn’t anything crazy , I’m waiting on the results . the officer was asking the basic customary questions about criminal history and the marriage history and all that but the officer had two other women training with her and observing but also asked me questions but over all I think I did well just the tension of the waiting game is crazy 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. I definitely wasn’t ripped apart just like the other guy said but in hopeful for a positive result 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
