it looks like they are trying to skip 2020, which means they won't start working on October in February, but maybe in March, so it looks like you still have to wait another month

Please people never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
