Hello everyone, I have two questions:
1-) I-864 For the Affadavit of support, my husband’s salary is 4 times the required amount. With his bonus pay it is even higher than that. we have already received our 2023 IRS tax transcript that shows this level of income. We also have pay stubs and an employment letter showing he started this job in Mar 2022.
He chose not to work in 2021 for Pandemic reasons. His income is below the required level in 2021. Should we submit only one year or three years of tax returns?
2 DS-260 on the Affadavit of support my children are not listed as immigrating with me because they do not qualify as derivatives. On the DS-260 should I answer yes or no when it asks if my children are immigrating with me?
My husband is a US Citizen and each of the children has their own I-130 and DS-260

I only submitted my prior year w2 which is all it asks for. My husband was approved for his green card a few days ago

@Theynonly ask for the current one, in this case it would be for 2023. Submittimg 2022 and 2021 are optional.

you can submit all 3 but it doesn’t matter that 2021 is $0. my husband works for himself and he deducts expenses to get his taxable income low. he didn’t qualify for 2020 and 2021 but he did for 2022. our lawyer provided all 3 years because 2020 and 2021 didn’t matter.
