hold up… you’re citizen filing for spouse and the I-130 took 436 days? oh how discouraging. I just filed mine in October. was really hoping it wouldn’t take long. I think I may have been wrong.

You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
