COMBO CARD
Good Evening Everyone, my combo card was approved late last year. My question is what are the risk of me traveling out of the country to go home and visit The Bahamas to see family for just a week seen that a family member has passed away? If I’m denied entry will they cancel my I-485 card that’s in processing and not be allowed back into the United States? I want to also point out that my I-130 is approved over a year ago so I’m only waiting for my I-485. Late last year my lawyer said if I don’t have to travel she’d recommend I didn’t and again if I can’t go I’ll be okay but it’s been almost 4 years an just would like to know what’s the risk? Another question is it possible to expedite a I-485?

Vawa Out of Processing Time- March 2020
Hi guys. Need some advice my vawa case is out of processing time so what should I do ? I sent them a rfe reply which is related to good faith . it’s been like more than a year my case got stuck .I’m worried and lot of anxiety don’t know what to do. my lawyer said wait

this was what uscis send my wife in her account after she asked for expedited request. i am guessing that the scrutiny is because they think i am accessing the account. what do i do?
Reopening I485
Hello all,
my 485 was admin closed in December. I did my 130 interview and was approved. does anyone have any idea how long it would take to re open the 485 and get approval for that one?
