@shine beauty I’ve reached out to congresswoman before and then to congressman after botof them submitted an inquiry for me and they never got response back from uscis i even contacted the senator of ny and never heard back from him

@Ahmed Amer thanks for responding. I also have a pending AOS since 2020. I called the customer services and the agent was able to help raise a service request because she says my case is outside of normal processing time. it's very obvious you are outside their normal processing time. so, please call the customer service and either request a tier 2 to give you a call back or they should raise an inquiry for you for outside of normal processing time. don't raise the inquiry yourself

@My Rock I’ve done that and requested an officer to called me and he did and submitted an inquiry for me then i got email after say that im still in normal processing time even though my normal processing time is 20 months and im beyond that I’m like 39 months so i called customer service again and told them that she said to not contact them before 6/1/2024 so i found that so crazy. let me adk u something did u get approved for i-130 ?

It seems like they don't like your case. How was your immigration status before marriage? It's too much just sue them as soon as possible. They will decide within a few months.

This is way too long. Please never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
