NVC (Question about the SPONSOR)
Hey Guys! I have a question about the sponsor on the NVC stage!
My husband did not reach the necessary amount to be my sponsor, because he stopped working to stay with me in Brazil for a while. In this case, my father-in-law will be my sponsor.
So does only my father-in-law need to complete the Form I-864? Or does my husband need to fill something out too?
Has anyone had this same situation?

card being produced
so today I got my vawa notification that “new card is being produced”
it’s the weekend so I can’t reach out to my lawyer but from what I’m reading I’m just getting a new EAD c31 card.
my i485 is still pending “case was received” back in March 2021.
does anyone know what happens next and how long it takes to get that approved?
