But it’s ok my question is applied i-485 waiting ead keeping my f1 status is possible work on uber i want to go my sponsor after final decision is possible uscis deny when know i’m not working on my sponsor i don’t want to get stuck years in my sponsor working in uber how will affect on my f1 status so complex?
Any EB1-C approval from July 23 filing from India?
India EB1-C case here. My PD is Aug 17 and application filing is July 23 (including medical). I-140 was approved in Dec 18th, EAD and AP on Jan 19th. I-485 was transferred from Texas to Missouri NBC on Dec 22. No updates since then. What can I expect?

Hi everyone, I just sent my N-400 online
January 21, 2024. I got NOA & Biometrics reuse January 21, 2024. But it says they will have a decision approx. 4 months.. so I applied under the 3 year role, and still have my I-751 pending for a year now. I don't know how this will play out? will I have a combo interview? or what do you guys think they do with this situations?
