Clarification please
if one has an approved EB2NIW' can i file for adjustment of status before my Priority date is Current?
secondly' Can I adjust Status with an approved I_140(EB2NIW) while being on pending Assylum application?

check at the time of application if uscis requires „Final Action date“ or „Date of filling“ date to be current for your PD. whatever they require (that changes from time to time) needs to be current to apply for i485
