after vawa approved, l-485 take 6 to 14 months..

I just don’t how these people are approving cases, my 360 been approved since 2021 yet no 485 approval, I ended up refilling a new 485 last year.

Apply vawa 8/7/21 Aproved 10/5/23 They recived ref for 485 medical at 1/2/24 Recived 2/3/24 Then paroved 2/16/24

@bobby patel I filed on my own both forms. my ex did not file anything for me. my case was received 3/5/2021 by uscis

@olga i literally received 2 EAD cards. and my lawyer said the one is from Vawa c31 and the other one from the i765. plus the one I already have c9 category
