I applied for VAWa since 2019 August , still nothing
Already I had 3 EAD and now I applied for 4 EAD. I have bunch of Prima Face , bunch of papers for medical benefits which I never used.
My last correspondence with USCIS was in Jan. 2022 since that day nothing, absolutely nothing. They said “ if we need anything else we ll contact you “”
I send them even RFE Incase to wake up but still nothing. last month I send a letter to my Senator to make query and still waiting. I believe they lost my case or they lost their mind.
I think I’m the only one who is waiting more then a 4 years and half to get approval for I -360 .
I need advice what else I should do.

I don’t know if something is wrong, at least they should notify me if anything is wrong. Prima is good my attorney send 2 times query and they don’t respond even on that.

@ivan kulev nothing is wrong with your case nor is lost. i belive they are just trying to catch up with everything. we applied before covid and i think this is what messed us up. Did you try to contact ombudsman?

try filing a WRIT OF MANDAMUS through an experienced immigration lawyer. you’ll force the government to decide with your case ASAP

@Wil S that will cost him a LOT of money. He should try to do everyhing else before doing writ of mandamus.

Even I cant get a normal job,IT companies refuse to hire people on EAD cards .

Please never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

thanks David, thanks for your advice. As I said before really this case time put me down so much financially and I can’t believe I can get soo down. I lost a lot of opportunities in IT Sectors because they need people with GC or Citizenship. Those like me with pending status no chance for well paying job.
but thanks to all of you again.

@ivan kulev try to contact congressman and ombudsman! i know how you feel and with EAD we can only get crappy jobs and no benefits. Do not give up. your time is coming!
