My 1485 pending for more than 2 years
I filed for VAWA and 1485 separately and once VAWA was approved then I filled for 1485 to Vermont service Center,it’s been over two years and yet my case status is on Case has been received.Now I’m wondering if I filed in the wrong office.I just went on google now,and USCIS website is saying you are supposed to submit your application to Nebraska Serice Center based on an approved VAWA 1360.What do you guys think?

i think that the average time for I-485 is 6-14 months. can you do infopass?

They recived ref for 485 medical at 1/2/24

Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
