Hello all! I’ve exhausted every avenue to get answers about why my case has taken almost two years. I sent an inquiry on Dec 6, 2023 and still haven’t heard back. Emma is useless because each time I chat with a live agent, they tell me they can’t help since I’ve submitted that inquiry. I am not in a financial position to sue them so I’m going to try and reach out to my congressman. For those of you who did this before, what exactly is the process? Is there a form to complete or do I just send a simple email with all the pertinent information? I’m at the stage of waiting where I’m getting very angry and i hope this will help. Thank you!

remote FO to local FO
submitted by end of 10/2023. my case (MSC) was first transferred to a remote FO but later transferred to a local FO, does it mean interview?
Emma told me my case was reviewed by an assigned officer last week but no update since then, are they just saying or does it actually mean anything?

F2A to IR1 Upgrade
How long does it take to update I-130 petition from F2A to IR1? We submitted a service request on the 24th January to Texas Service Centre and mailed in the naturalisation certificate too. Still no response and a case officer hasn’t been assigned. We have tried calling multiple times but no luck, keep getting the same answer to wait 30 days.
Any similar experiences?

interview or decision
My mom did her fingerprint on Nov 7, 2023. and since them it has been saying waiting for interview if necessary. under progress it was saying 3 month to next step and at the beginning on February when I check it was 2 weeks to next step. Today now I check it saying again 3 months to next step. I don’t know what is going and what to do. I tried call I did not get through.
