Different answers from Emma
Not sure if anyone had same situation.
I asked Emma about my I485 Status, and one Emma says it’s approved on Feb 27th, but the other says it’s pending but interview has been waived. But nothing is showing up on my uscis account yet.
Does anyone know what that means or been in a situation like this?

my guess is the Emma that told you it was approved was wrong since there’s been no update for 2 weeks. try one more time and see what she says

just did, and they told me the interview is waived. I guess it’s still a good news lol

how are you asking Emma to get these responses? when I’ve asked her anything she just sends me to a post with general information

@haowei yuan sometimes i think the Emma need some food to be able to answer us correctly lol. Emma is tired of different questions coming from all over the places. The best option is to call uscis yourself.

Josue, when you click on Ask Emma, you have to type in live agent to be connected with a real person. Hope that helps!
