CRP since 09/2022
I sent the service request on 01/30/2024 and today I received an email said my case was actively review and I will receive the decision or notice shortly. what does it mean? Is it bad? My case is currently 01/24. never receieved RFE but I sent a new medical exam last week anyway.

1038 days is way too long. Inquiry via local congress. If you cannot wait anymore, you can sue USCIS for a delayed case as a Pro Se. You will get a decision within 60 days. Learn more about it writofmandamususcis.weebly.com

mine was update to show fingerprints 2nd time on oct 17 2022 until now but my pd is not current until next month, long journey

M lawyer sent a letter to NBC and she did online inquiry once @Fbiii biii

You can send the inquiry anytime or send letter directly to NBC or your FO. My lawyer said we just keep sending every month and hopefully they respond @Fbiii biii

didn't have any RFE, I got interviewed in Feb 2022.
