GC filing for spouse
Hello
it’s been 3 years since applying for my spouse who lives outside the USA. we’ve been waiting for an interview but still nothing yet I believe the wait time is the cause. Now what measures do I need to take if I want to cancel the whole process even though the case is at NVC.

what can the person do to cancel the process ?

Attach the receipt and write a cover letter. send it to Uscis and NVC both. They will withdraw, but if your case is a documentary qualified. Send one email with a letter and receipts to the embassy.

Before canceling you may try submit inquiry via local congress. If you cannot wait anymore, you can sue USCIS for a delayed case as a Pro Se. You will get a decision within 60 days. Learn more about it writofmandamususcis.weebly.com

send an email to the Embassy where your spouse supposed to interview they will respond back

we are waiting too..the problem is the embassy? always talking of backlog.which category n why do want to cancel?is it fair to wait all that long n give up at the stage?me n others have been n this week some have received IL those DQED 2020-2021.

A friend is asking. Seems they divorced so he wants to cancel the whole thing.
