same here!! no movement on the case!

My PD is Sept 2022, I am still on CRP. submitted my application late March 2023. Getting frustrating seeing people that submitted in December 2023 with Nov 2022 PD getting approved, USCIS do not follow order.

same August 2022 PD, CRP since April. CRP is apparently “sentenced to doom “. Many cases with similar PD but filed after October 2023 are being approved.

what is CRP? and what it mean?

the waiting frustration is high. Sep 2022 pd and crp since August. in my block crp is moving like a tortise 🧐🧐🧐. waiting when my number will come

@Rijo Rijo entering crp is never a good idea, you can see us waiting a year with crp: while non crp getting approved ahead of us.

@g c, thanks for your thoughts. But what do you think would happen going with either EB1B (pending) or approved EB2-NIW (approved)?

@Rijo Rijo a bird in hand they say is worth two in the bush. I would apply based on what you currently have-EB2. You can always port to EB1 if your EB1 application gets approved. Or you could wait to see if EB1 will get approved and then know what to do. you just have to pick a struggle
