hi everyone I applied my I 130 and 485 in sep 2023 it’s been six months I need your advice should I upload some new evidence on my uscis online account such like new rental lease utility bills car joint car insurance and rental insurance etc although my lawyer said not to upload every advice is applicable thanks in advance
Can someone travel outside of US as Canadian Passport holder while AP, AOS and EAD applications are in process?
Can someone travel outside of US with canadian passport holder, while AP, AOS and EAD applications are in process for green card? As someone having H1B valid and do no need visa to reenter but i-94 will be updated. Will that jeopardize the AP application and other applications?
