Hi everyone, My PD is 11/2021, but most of the case at the same time with me had already pending status for I485. However, my case has nothing since June 2023 for RFE. Is it normal or what should I do

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

You can do what you want... 12 months wait from applying is somewhat acceptable, anything more, is not, especially if you are suffering... think and analyze...
