It’s not making any sense
I don’t understand how cases from 2023-2024 are getting approved and 2021-2022 still waiting. what’s the matter ?! why is it this way ?!

Outliers, unfortunately. That and F2A takes much longer than some of the other categories you're seeing get approved from the past year. I wonder what causes some cases to take much longer though.

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Assistance"

yeah it's stupid how this works like a lottery not who files first and been waiting for longer. it's not supposed to be that way

They did a lot of cases that hadnt been waiting long to drive down their average wait time for their numbers to look better.

elections are coming and they prefer to assign new cases to new officers instead of having new cases pile and work on the old ones. the current government wants to say “we reduced processing times” to gain voters. and sadly this is resulting in unfair ways of processing cases.
