Where should I upload the requested documents on my account? Should it be under the heading that said ‘unsolicited evidence’ that’s the only area for uploading evidence however it said this is for evidence not requested.

when they request for evidence they open a submission under their request ..when you click submit it closed and not open again

@moment mom thank you I was questioning it because I see where they request the evidence however I was told that they should be a section that state something like upload evidence here and I’m only seeing the unsolicited evidence upload section . I think I’m going to just take the safe path of mailing it to them and request for it to be signed for.
