I 131 & I 765 Renewal
Good Morning Family, how long are they taking to renew the above documents. I submitted renewal under C09 Category but for some reason both receipt number start with EAC vs IO like the initial ones. Anyone may know why? How to get the combo card vs two separate documents? Thanks for any feedback!
Brussels Embassy Interview
Hey everyone, got DQ and it’s been a week now. I’d like to know if there’s people who got DQ in 2024 that already got their interview.
I know that most people who got DQ after August 2023 had to wait like 6 months for their interview in Brussels but I’m wondering if it’s been going faster in 2024.

F2B Applicant Received 221(g) & Questionnaire at the interview 1 year ago. DS 260 reopened now. Should I update?

Interview Date: April 17, 2023
Status: Refused (Administrative Processing)
Received 221(g) & questionnaire in the interview even though my interview went fine; VO himself recognized me & my mother in pictures. Responded to the questionnaire in the next day. Followed up with some more detailed information on the day after. In administrative processing since.
At April 17, 2024 my DS 260 reopened (which happens for everyone in AP nowadays; i guess). Initial DS260 is not updated with the renewed passport which I was carrying during the interview. Also, some more addresses, emails & phone numbers that has been responded in questionnaire needs to be updated in DS260.
Not received any instructions from the embassy regarding to update the DS260 yet.
Should I update it now or wait for any instructions from the embassy?
(I know several others in my situation who has their DS260 reopened & without any instructions email from embassy for several months now.)

How long will it take to receive the case number?
When will I receive my Ead and travel document? ( approximately)

Turend 21 while waiting for response
Hello Everyone, my stepmom submitted my I-130 on January 28th while I was still 20. I turned 21 on march 19th. Will my case still be Unmarried child (under age 21) of U.S. citizen? Or now that i’m 21 it will switch to “over age 21”. I red online that once you submit your i-130 your age freeze, i’m not sure about it tho. Thank you

Received 2nd RFE
I was lucky enough to receive 2nd RFE. Wait how someone be lucky enough to receive RFE while they are in waiting game.
Because USCIS sometime busy enough to send RFE letters and give you a secret RFE which the emma agents even don't know which happend in my case.
After struggling with Interview, RFE, reaching Congressman man. I finally gave up. To my surprise I see a letter sitting in my mail box today which surprised me.
USCIS is requesting Emp letter that states specific Job duties in detail, salary, date hired, wage, length of employment.
Copies of my 3 recent pay stubs.
copies of my W2 ( they don't know how may they need)
copies of my 1040 forms.
I did provided all the copies while applying and also took along with me during the interview where they only asked my Employment letter.
Guys how many yrs of W2's and 1040's do you think that I need to submit.

i talked to an agent in emma and he said my case was moved to PHILADELPHIA DISTRICT OFFICE, and i call uscis and that agent said “ i cant not see that information, some agent have more access than me “
someone here was in NBC and were moved to Philadelphia? whats the difference between?
