july 2024 visa bulletin is out
terrible news for Eb3. final action dates have retrogressed to December 2021 (almost one year).
i just became current in April 2024, after waiting for almost 6 months due to retrogression, only to get retrogressed again. lmao. such is luck.

it is not a typo. they warned of this retrogression in June bulletin. in fact in this bulletin, they warn that they may even mark it as "Unavailable" next month haha. Let's just hope it turns around in new fiscal year in October.
