Finally the wait, the anxiety has come to an end. Sunday night I received an email from USCIS that action was taken on my case (I-130) I called them today and they said it looks like the I-130 was approved, it still didn't say approved on the online account. Then earlier today I checked my email again and a new messgae saying the same thing, we've taken action on your case so I hopped over to the online account, and right there my I-485 was approved. Just now I checked the account again (10pm) and it say I-130 approved case closed. I-485 approved, i have yet to see case closed on that one. I am so relieved.
I-824 finally approved, case sent to NVC!
I-130 got approved in April 2023 and because I didn’t specify where to send my case on the form, I had to fill an I-824 which took 12 months to get them to send my case to the NVC.

Tomorrow marks two years since my husband and I met and started dating. 🥺 I know it's not nearly as long as a lot of people going through this process, but you wouldn't be able to tell if you ever talked to us. Uscis received my rfe from I 485
Uscis received my rfe from I 485 today and send me a massage by mail that they have taken an action in my case, what does that mean?, I sign in and checked to the document tab and nothing, just updated that rfe was received in status.

Got my work authorization letter and ssc in the mail today. thanks be to God. surprisingly, there is no update on my case to indicate that this was approve or was mailed out.

Thank God , this wait is over! Priority date is Aug 29,2022. NCBP today Aug 22.
We submitted 1 service request, contacted Congressman for assistance as well as submitted an expedite request as we were stuck in CRP for almost a year! I believe all those enquiries helped but God did it!

Vawa approved
has anyone every had a situation like this and can share. so I received an update on my Vawa case in February (not an approval ) some update about changes on my case. however it was an approval as in just a. matter of 7 days my attorney received my approval notice etc. fast forward to today I just got an update that my Vawa case is approved . is this maybe a system glitch or uscis took longer to update online or that’s in regards to my i485 ? after Vawa approval do they still update Vawa case or they send updated to i485 ? I’m not trying to ask a confusing questions but if you are in my case then you will understand the anxiety that comes with this case
