The psychologist's mistake for having told me that she would send it to the lawyer, and the law firm's mistake for having sent my case without at least contacting me to find out about the psychological report that was missing. I'm angry

Good Attorney will tell you that it’s a must bcos their report is a professional evaluation and advice to the Govt and its agencies

just let your lawyer send it as part of missing evidence. bother yourself with getting success out of the case more. At some point I almost wanted to report my lawyer too for not applying for my EAD renewal after severally trying to get him to do it. I delayed and did it myself. sadly, it cost me my job at Amazon. “learn to take your destiny in your hand”: that’s the sad lesion I learnt. So, I advise everyone, get your forms and everything you need, let your lawyer review it for you. Pay the lawyer for his work and submit it by yourself. then keep the usps receipt.

@castro LG it’s not a MUST! I never submitted it, and my case was approved, already done my medical as requested RFE and now waiting for their decision. if she has it, it can be sent but it’s not a do or die. the statement of purpose is all that determines and definitely God’s grace. ✌🏽

@castro LG and all. The fact we paid attorney doesn’t mean they will do a good job and the outcome of their job affects us more than it affects them. We are the ones dealing with the emotional rollercoaster that comes with the application hence we have to be on top of our games with them. In my case, I work with my attorney one on one even though his office is quite a distance from me. I mailed all my paperwork to uscis at least that way I know all what is being sent and where it’s going. Yes we paid them but we can’t leave them to it.

I never submitted psychology report but my case was approved. I was thinking of paying $950. for my son since he is minor, to the glory of God uscis waived it, they sent me my son EAC nos for form I. 485. I once had a lawyer who messed up the whole thing but later witdraw and did it myself.So if you don't have enough prove then the psychology is very important because it will prove so many things

Yes, I sent the psychological report, because I only had photos from the wedding, I was angry and very upset that I deleted all the photos of us at home and out and about! So all that was left was the photo from the wedding day, unfortunately, I sent the psychological report, the wedding photos, the statement and letters from witnesses.
