hello my pd 30 Nov 23 year
and my block 233 and I'm still waiting..
but my friend with the date of October 23, received a response already in February
😢😢😢Will we never get an answer?

@kseni novak well…, is not just the date, is the case itself, the reviewer, and the endeavor and and and…
some cases take weeks others years., but, the average is about 10 months according to them, but if you see on some lawyers pages cases from Sep,Oct,&Nov., are getting answers already, so… let’s hope we are the lucky ones too! and get an answer sooner!

My friend just received her approval on June 5, she applied in September. Not same but getting a PhD in Public Health

mine is Nov 30, block: IOE-09-233. Not yet heard back from them. I have a PhD in public health.

@Ken 09 Thank you, I’m always told the same, but I can’t afford to pay a Lawyer again, and for mine I did a huge effort.,
some ppl tried to “help” but they charge me as much or as close to what my lawyer did.
so I decided just to give up on it…

@kar C Sorry about that. I also wasn't confident enough to go ahead with EB1 then so I did EB2 but I self petitioned and it worked out fine. Sorry about the charges.
I understand cuz I also couldn't afford to petition for EB1 again after the EB2. I guess we just have to keep waiting.
