anyone here July 2024 Filer? also I have pending ROC since last year. right now documents says bio reused but didn't update on the case. Only says Case is being actively reviewed.

Greedcard Inteview with "Dismissed" DV case
I have EB2 greencard interview coming up. I have history of arrest in DV case which was later Dismissed by court ( no conviction not plead guilty ) . Arrest and Dismissal was clearly stated in greedcard application.
anyone have idea what sort of questions will they ask in interview regarding case?
I am primary applicant interview call is for me only and didn't receive interview call for wife and kids. Should I still bring them to interview?
Dakar-Interview Letter Any Updates 2024
Has any CR1/IR1 cases DQ from Oct or Nov 2023 received an interview letter from the Embassy in Dakar? I haven't seen any recent updates and I am curious about the current IL issuance and wait times.

Public Inquiry- 4/2024 Received the general email response...(In my own words).. . You're in line, wait...., we don't know how long you will wait, but wait. It depends on the embassy schedule. Oh yeah one more thing...WAIT!.. No use contacting us, we will contact you when it's your turn. Have a good day!

Does anyone knows that , why Field office added expired medical form to pending 485 form.
UCSIS agent informed me that on July 2024 , my old medical form what had been done on Nov2020 was added to my 485 . I am pretty sure this can cause another delay in my case .
do you know why officer, instead send me a RFE medical they added my old medical in my case. 😔😔😔😔any help and suggestions? please

after receiving last week an RFE, I sent everything Tuesday and today received the best news in a long time ❤️ Finally Approved 👌🏻 Best Luck to everyone out there, 🙏🏻 Not sure how long it takes to receive my Green Card.

290b motion & refiling
My 485 was denied because USCIS missed our document.
we’ve sent the Rfe response but they are saying that they haven’t got it.
has anyone did both?
refiling 485 and Motion to reopen?
We are out of status so we need to do something ASAP.
what would you recommend doing and also,

Slowly getting there!
I-485 was stagnant for 2 months saying it will be 4 months until I receive it. It has now increased to 8 months waiting time. I’m not too fussed now as I can work. Good luck verybody!
