Hi All How am I supposed to understand the PD? According to the Visa Bulleting, the USCIS is working on files from Nov. 2021, correct? Does that mean that my file wont be looked up yet until the bulleting shows current to my PD? If is like that, how come are cases being approved way after my PD? Wish you all a nice day. Documentarily complete case

hello, my case has been “documentarily complete” since october 2023. NVC send me emails of scheduling my interview but i have been waiting since. i am from Ghana, Africa. any advice?

anyone got approval yet for August 2023 🤙🏼 surely we getting close now guys, stay positive, hopefully a lot of us can spend Christmas in America 👍🏼, also I’m starting to think the wait times depends on which country the beneficiary is from. I’m an Australian citizen and a lot of Australians got approved 10-12 months.

(self file) worried that there was something wrong in my filing so asked lawyer to file again on 8th may but haven’t received receipt notice yet. I’m terrified if I would loose my job tomorrow. anyone with similar experience or share any advice would be highly appreciated
