hello blessed folks. Today I received my work permit based on c31 category for my aproved vawa.
How many more years now till they DECIDE TO TRANSFER MY CASE TILL THE WHOLE PROCESS SO I CAN FINALY HAVE SOME PEACE OF MIND FOR THE NEXT 3 YEARS FOR CITIZENSHIP????? ANYONE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE CAN TELL ME HOW LONG DID IT TAKE FOR THEM TO TRANSFER YOUR CASE AFTER VAWA APROVAL? MY CASE WAS SENT ALL TOGETHER BECAUSE MY EX HUSBAND IS A CITIZEN.

3 June 2024 they convert my case to RFE.
20 June they send to my attorny which document they need( permenant labor certification).
my attorny send response and submit.
my question why my case in this application still RFE, it should be changed to RFE emaild and response received according to what happend with me.
And when I will expect approvel of I-140?
