Question!
Does anyone knows that , why Field office added expired medical form to pending 485 form.
UCSIS agent informed me that on July 2024 , my old medical form what had been done on Nov2020 was added to my 485 . I am pretty sure this can cause another delay in my case .
do you know why officer, instead send me a RFE medical they added my old medical in my case. 😔😔😔😔any help and suggestions? please

@Daniel Ad : they didn’t ask for it . I didn’t get any rfe for it yet.

just wait, that’s it. if they ask, send them. it can extend your wait time just for 2-3 weeks, not a big deal

@survivor p : I m okey with 3 weeks , hopefully that’s not take forever. They transferred my 485 to different state where is not my home state.

@hope hope worked like a charm and I didn't even have to wait 10 minutes to speak to an agent.
