Greedcard Inteview with "Dismissed" DV case
I have EB2 greencard interview coming up. I have history of arrest in DV case which was later Dismissed by court ( no conviction not plead guilty ) . Arrest and Dismissal was clearly stated in greedcard application.
anyone have idea what sort of questions will they ask in interview regarding case?
I am primary applicant interview call is for me only and didn't receive interview call for wife and kids. Should I still bring them to interview?

If you have the court record with you during interview, you should be fine. You can take them with you and ask if they allow them. otherwise they will have to wait.
