I recently received an email notification that my case has moved to computer processing. I am unsure how long it takes; notifications were mentioned, and cases were received, but the notice was not sent. Kindly let me know if anyone can help me to understand. Thanks

hello everyone,
I filled vawa month of FEB 2020 and received RFE in June 2022 responded in July 2022, no any updates till November2023. and then my attorney saying he filled an enquiry in December 2023. in January 2024 I received my first Prima Facies. but again still the same. no any updates.
do you know guys anyone know how long may take to get any updates, is there any one who had a same kind of case.

Hi if my us citizen husband lost the job recently and we are using co sponsor/joint sponsor for affidavit of support can he come and stay with me in my country until my interview and once I get the CR1 visa can we both travel together to usa ? Is it going to be any problem if he stays with me in my country until my interview ?

Waiting for 6 months now. Need to travel next month for work outside the US. Sent my I-131 a week ago. How much longer before I give up on this whole process?
This wait is creating a big gap on my cv and will make it difficult to find work if this continues.
