It's been 8 months since I am working with my sponsor. My workplace has a very hostile environment. My crew members and manager are very racist. They always discriminate against me, making fun of me. I talked two to three times with HR, but the situation is getting worse day by day, which is against my mental health. I have some authentic proof, like recordings and SMS, that clearly shows how they are treating me. My PD is 20 February 2022. My question is: can I change my sponsor before I complete a year, and if my manager fires me before I complete a year, can I show these recordings to USCIS to assure them why I stopped working with my sponsor.
