can anyone please advise if this is legit and if yes, what does it mean?

It took a while…
Finally I got it in the end. They also made a mistake and they took a month to correct it. The mistake was that they approved my gc but didn’t send it to be processed or produced.

After long wait finally my number has come, it has been a stressful journey and i pray and hope eevryone elses gets approved soon.
Now i'm wondering how long is the wait to get the actual card all it says is case approved and no other update. Any information is helpful

My SR keeps getting closed and reopened(?)
I opened a while ago a service request though USCIS call center about my case being in CRP for long long time. although my request was for a call back from tier 1 agent, USCIS closed my SR with a generic answer through email.
it got reopened by itself about 3 weeks ago then closed with same generic answer then yesterday I got another email from them that they goty request and it may take up to 30 days to reply. I don't understand why they keep opening and closing my service request without me doing anything.
Anyone else is experiencing the same?
