Armodafinil- Uses and Side effects

***Interview Experience
The interview took around 10 minutes. The officer asked for my passport and driver’s license. He also inquired if I had any new documents to share, so I provided the updated employment letter. He went through some of the I-485 yes/no questions. At the end, he said everything was in order and that I should receive my card soon. My case status changed to "New Card Being Produced" a few minutes later.

Police Certificate
Can someone please confirm if a police certificate is required for all individuals seeking a marriage based visa? No criminal record, hence I believe not but it may be required regardless. Note: adjustment is being done from inside the US. Please advise. Thanks!
If yes, should I submit as unsolicited evidence? So far, I submitted all forms in March and have received RFE for Medical.
This from the USCIS site. My interpretation is no, but appreciate your thoughts-
"Certified police and court records of all criminal charges, arrests, or convictions regardless of final disposition (if applicable)"
October 2024
Do you guys think there is big advancement as this retrogression was also big in the past. Every October Final Action date would just turn to current or closed to current but after 2 times in October 2022 and October 2023, the total advancement is just within 2020 which makes no sense at all.
I think there are some hidden cases just randomly pop up when consulates started to open again in 2022, at that is the time the retrogression started. These hidden cases could be most likely from consular processing as there is no point to stay in 2020 for 2 fiscal years.
Do you guys think this October 2024 or FY 2025 would advance big and can PD 2022 file I-485 in 2025?
The retrogression probably started from no where and it affected most category, not only EB3 other worker.
