Hi, good day, I have a concern regarding the petition my mom sent to my brother. My mom moved to Arizona 7 months ago, but on her CEC account, her physical address is the old one from New York. My brother is scheduled for an interview this coming July 2024. Is my brother can stay in NY with me even my mom(petitioner) lived in arizona now?

my case has not moved since I filed it more than one and half years ago, Asylum with a family base there is no one response for that case I talked with Lower Trash and requested state Mayer trash, visiting the office and they all shouted my mouth off so I do not have anyone left to request for it, I file asylum 2011 December I still witting for my green card by this post I like to request with USCIC officer who ever have response for it could you please check my file? that would be the grade for me.

The problem is that I can't work until I get my I-765. I don't get any benefits. I'd like to get my work permit sooner.I would like to see 180 days converted to 150 days. Thank you for your attention.

I got a ref for my I 485 adjustment of status application form for joint sponsor . the problem is the person that help us made some mistake on the form . so we seek for help and the lady that doing it said she as to resubmit everything because of the mistake . he put 4 person when we don’t have any kid at all . I have a daughter form another marriage which she is not on the filing and I am pregnant with my husband first child so that’s the mistakes he add the kids to my adjustment of status form when it schould be only me and my husband. do u guy think immigration would make a problem if we resubmit with the right information ? with the joint sponsor ?
