hello, this is my first post. i got some good news but i have a follow up. on Friday i got a notification on my i130 that they are taking actively reviewing it. on Saturday (yesterday) i got the email notification and the lawfully notification that my i485 had been approved (even though my uscis portal no longers shows my case status). now, my question is, is it normal for the 485 to be approved before the 130? a win is a win tbh i just wanted triple confirmation from you all🥲😅#i130 #i485

UCSIS used my previous picture and fingerprint, waiving the biometric appointment, then it went from Finger Prints to Approval, having my interview waived as well. I filled the application without assistance from an immigration lawyer, so I was worried about delays or any even denial. But finally, I just received my green card in the mail. 🙏🏻 #greencard #removalofconditions

Site Remains Down; however, Lawfully Notified of "Approval" (I-765)?
You would expect an "approval" to be welcomed with excitement, rather, I'm sitting here baffled. USCIS site has been down, as several here have confirmed, probably since Friday...however, I just received a notification from Lawfully action has been taken on my case (I-765 Employment Authorization): approved. Is this a false positive, indication of a true approval? If the site is down, and my understanding is Lawfully feeds from the site, what is going on? Thoughts? Mine is to take it with a grain of salt and wait for the site to come back up to validate this. Baffled.
