Generic answer from Congressman
Reached out the congressman who reached out to USCIS but all we got was a generic response. Our petition is in a queue and has not been overlooked, and they asked that we give them 180 days before reaching out again. This is after we have been waiting for over 545 days since December 2022. Has anyone else experienced this, can you say if there was any movement after the congressman contact USCIS? #tired.

Received RFE just before retrogression
Hello guys,
I received RFE today. I don’t know what it is about as I need to wait for my mail. But after next month it is going to be retrogressed and my PD will not be current anymore. Does USCIS wait till the the PD becomes current again for decision or do they look at it even if it is not current since it is RFE response?

They finally updated my case I got a second actively reviewed by uscis today and then got a notification that they received my respond for the RFE. Hopefully I can get approved soon.

NO DECISION AFTER THE INTERVIEW
Hi everyone,attended my adjustment of status interview but the officer said the system was not working as it should,he had trouble getting our details so wrote most details on a piece of paper.He made copies of all the documents we had and said he would review the case.I-130 was approved a while back.Anyone went through the same?how long till the decision?case status is still at interview was scheduled
