PD : Oct 2022 Category : Eb2 NIW I 485 application: Feb 2023 Case status from Feb 2024 (past four months) has been,ready to be scheduled for interview. I havent seen any updates, tried raising a service request and got a generic reply - Interview will be scheduled when slots become available. Any idea about when to expect the scheduling of interview from Houston Field office?

Al, I have filed my 485, 765 and 131 together for myself and for dependents. I see 765 approved for my kids and SSN is received last week. But no updates for myself or wife. What could be the reason? following are my scenario Case: EB1C PD: April 2017 (ported from EB2) 485, 131, 765 filed: March 2024 Biometrics done: April 2024 RFE responded(medicals) May 2024 Kids 765 approved June 2024 Any pattern to follow?
