mine got transferred to long island on may 24 but no update on AOS still. my local office is also Newark

yes..I got ap and EAD yesterday but Aos was moved to field office on May 24 .

ok. My local office is Newark as well. My case is at NBC since Dec 23. They sent me Medical RFE (even though my package contained the form), been 3 months since RFE submission. No update. I will check with Emma as well

if this is not your local office, it either means they are going to approve you directly or they are doing workload management. Lets hope it is the former for you.

@Raj S This FO even though its not local to me, its not far as well, so not sure what is the scenario here. In either case, hopefully they will start processing the case.

as per case processing timeline long island is 7 months for AOS..it's so strange for you it's already 8 months ...by this logic u should get it pretty soon ..

@Raj S it's unclear..however the Emma agents said your timeline starts from receipt date (assuming case never went to CRP and has been current).

it counts from receipt of i485. also remember it only refers to time period your case was current and not in CRP due to retrogression.

nope don’t trust Emma anymore as they are now tell me it was moved to Nebraska FO

@Kittu Z I have been told three different field office by now by different agents so I don’t think we are getting accurate information so hard to predict timeline

@Eb1 C filed on 05/06, bio on 05/29, didnot apply for EAD/AP, moved to FO on 07/10
